A marketing agency in Regina is seeking a part-time Account Manager. The role involves managing client communications, overseeing project management, and ensuring that priorities are met. Candidates should have experience in client-based projects, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor. You can choose where to work, but you must be available during regular business hours for meetings.
When you walk or log in to an Adeptus Marketing meeting (your choice!), you’re met with smiles and compassion. People care about you here. The work is fun and exciting. It’s challenging and rewarding. There’s no place like it.
Our agency is growing (again, wow!). Maybe it’s because of all the good vibes and caring we put out into the universe. Or maybe it’s because we’re really good at what we do. Either way, we’re looking for another Account Manager to join our team in a part-time contractor role.
Please note, this isn’t a "sit in your desk, we now own you for 40 hours a week" type of thing. You can expect to bill for ~20-30 hours a week, managing your workload and schedule like the adult you are. With that being said, no, you can’t moonlight as an Account Manager while working full-time elsewhere. Most of your meetings and communication with the rest of the team will happen during regular work hours. So let's nip that in the bud right now.
Want to start at 6 am? Great. Need to leave at 3:30 to coach soccer? Sure! Can’t work Thursdays but can work into the evenings on Tuesdays? Fantastic. We just need you to be available during most of a regular 9-5 workday/workweek to meet with clients and work with our internal team. But you’re an adult, so you can manage that.
As an Account Manager, you’re the linchpin to our entire operation. Without you, we can’t make magic happen. You’re the liaison between the client, our creative team, and any other partners a project may call for. You keep the wheels on while we’re going 100km/hr. You turn chaos into order the rest of the team can follow. You are a mallard duck: you appear calm and composed on the surface while your efficient, powerful feet paddle quickly below the surface.
You’re a natural at building strong relationships with your client and team. You’re organized and on top of things, love a good spreadsheet, and can juggle multiple projects at once.
