About the Account Manager Role :

Our client specializes in North American full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and expedited freight solutions. They tackle complex logistics challenges, simplifying the lives of their customers. Their Account Managers are the driving force behind this success! As the new Account Manager, you’ll join a team of four within the larger operations group, providing dedicated support to a portfolio of customers. Your key responsibilities include :

  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring a best-in-class experience.
  • Tracking shipments and proactively solving logistics challenges.
  • Pricing and quoting shipments to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Dispatching logistics service providers and coordinating freight movements.
  • Utilizing TMS, CRM, and freight quoting software to streamline operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

With experience and dedication, you’ll have ample opportunities for advancement within the team and across the organization, with potential for promotion into Senior Account Manager or Operations Lead roles within 12 months.

Who You Are :

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.

  • Experience with TMS, CRM, and freight quoting software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.

The Details & Perks :

  • Location : Full-time, permanent position based in a vibrant Burlington office.
  • Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm. Occasional after-hours customer service and tracking may be required.
  • Compensation : Base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 with uncapped commission potential and performance-based increases.
  • Career Growth : Promotion opportunities as early as 9-12 months into the role, with ample room for advancement.
