Title: eCommerce Account Manager

Job Details

Are you a client-centric individual with solid experience and an understanding of eCommerce shipping logistics? If yes, this could be a great opportunity for you! The ideal candidate will combine customer service expertise and account management skills to assist clients in navigating logistics complexities.

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Manage client portfolios, addressing queries, understanding business needs, and accommodating specific demands.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce clients, engaging with them virtually or in person.
    3. Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams to resolve challenges.
    4. Educate clients on Stallion eCommerce shipping tools, platforms, and best practices.
    5. Collaborate with Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client service.
    6. Provide performance reports to monitor client portfolio health, contributing to growth and retention incentives.
  • Qualifications:
    1. At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce and logistics.
    2. Over 3 years managing client relationships and customer service.
    3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving abilities.
    6. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Additional Requirements:
    1. Travel may be required for meetings and partner visits.
  • Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)
  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
  • Terms: Full-time, Permanent
