Title: eCommerce Account Manager

The ideal candidate will combine customer service expertise and account management skills to assist clients in navigating logistics complexities.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios, addressing queries, understanding business needs, and accommodating specific demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce clients, engaging with them virtually or in person.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams to resolve challenges.
- Educate clients on Stallion eCommerce shipping tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Provide performance reports to monitor client portfolio health, contributing to growth and retention incentives.
- Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce and logistics.
- Over 3 years managing client relationships and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Additional Requirements:
- Travel may be required for meetings and partner visits.
- Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- Terms: Full-time, Permanent
- Start Date: As soon as possible
