Superior SANY Solutions, a division of Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Mississauga. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager. This role is ideal for a hunter with a passion for building new business, while also being a strategic farmer—someone who excels at managing and growing existing customer relationships. To thrive in this position, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities across a diverse book of business.

Imperial Dade is the leading distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in the U.S. As a provider of customized supply chain solutions, the company serves customers in many business-to-business market segments including supermarkets, healthcare facilities, universities, and restaurants. Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves more than 80,000 customers through a footprint of 100+ branches.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close net-new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow an established book of business, focusing on client retention and upselling.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Executives to support strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure excellent service and solution delivery.
  • Lead customer pricing strategy, considering market trends, demand, and margin objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, attend training, and stay informed on new technologies.
  • Conduct business reviews, financial analyses, and performance reporting for key clients.
  • Support national account strategies, integration of newly acquired clients, and high-compliance contracts.
  • Coordinate with Sales Reps, Zone Managers, and leadership to align sales activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer contracts and implementation processes are well-executed.
  • Maintain CRM records and accurately forecast sales performance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in equipment, janitorial supplies, or distribution.
  • Proven success in both developing new business and managing a book of accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ontario as needed (minimal overnight travel).
  • Bilingual (English / French) is an asset, though not required.
  • Working / Other Conditions

  • Ability to travel up to 40% (+ / -)
