We’re looking to add a new member to our sales team:

Account Manager Responsibilities:
  1. Manage existing accounts, developing relationships with key influencers and decision makers.
  2. Gain knowledge of clients’ businesses and needs through attentive listening, becoming a trusted advisor during planning discussions.
  3. Manage client expectations from start to finish, keeping them informed of project timelines and progress.
  4. Handle complex sales involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables.
  5. Manage multiple projects of varying size and scope simultaneously.
  6. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Working with Holmes + Brakel:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Kingston, ON office, Monday to Friday. The role involves travel within Kingston and surrounding areas to meet with clients.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary aligned with experience, plus commission. Benefits include health coverage, paid vacation, and allowances for car and cell phone.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a client-facing sales or business development role.
  • Experience in Project Management and/or Design is an asset.
  • Background in contract furniture, interior design, or related industry.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred).
