Introduction

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Timmins team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen interest in industrial solutions, and love solving problems for clients, let’s talk. In this position, you will report to our Sales Director for Western Canada.

This position will be located in Sudbury. This position will entail travel of 1 to 2 days a week locally to customer sites.

What you’ll do

  • Handle inbound inquiries and proactively connect with clients in the mining and aggregates sector
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on orders, and support technical inquiries with help from our engineering team
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify and grow business opportunities in the region
  • Visit customer sites across Northern Ontario to assess needs, offer solutions, and build trust through face-to-face engagement
  • Develop strong relationships by offering fast, effective customer support
  • Maintain detailed records and customer interactions using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and service continuity

Who you are

  • Sales experience—especially in technical or industrial settings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A knack for understanding and explaining technical products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
  • A team-oriented spirit with initiative and adaptability
