Position Overview:

As an Account Manager (Business Development Manager) at Collavion, you will be a key player in growing our client base. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers in target industries, uncover hiring needs, and position Collavion as their go-to recruitment partner. This role blends sales, client relationship management, and strategic consulting, ideal for someone who’s passionate about people, solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Growth, Client Engagement & Relationship Management, Solution Selling, Collaboration & Strategy, Reporting & Metrics.

  • Identify and engage new clients across North America

  • Conduct outreach via calls and emails to generate leads

  • Understand client hiring needs and provide consultative talent solutions

  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure delivery success

  • Maintain pipelines, proposals, and performance metrics

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven Qualification with bachelors/master’s degree in business courses

  • Experience in sales, client-facing roles, business development, account management preferably for staffing industry, talent services or in recruitment

  • A strong communicator with a client-first mindset

  • Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, fast-moving environment

  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment processes or CRM tools is a plus
