A high-growth SaaS company is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee a national client portfolio and drive revenue retention and growth. This individual will lead a team focused on customer engagement, renewal strategy, and post-sale expansion efforts. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading teams through change, and is passionate about scaling customer relationships through insight, structure, and collaboration.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Build and execute strategies that drive retention and expansion across a large and diverse customer base.

  • Lead and coach a team of experienced client-facing professionals, fostering a high performance culture and supporting professional growth.

  • Develop structured outreach and engagement approaches that align with customer journeys and business priorities.

  • Own forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring revenue targets are met through accurate projections and strategic follow-through.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, finance, legal, and customer success to ensure operational alignment.

  • Represent the customer perspective by sharing insights on market shifts, competitive positioning, and product feedback to influence broader strategy.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, including 4+ years in a leadership capacity within a B2B SaaS company.

  • Demonstrated success leading teams responsible for client retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.

  • Strong analytical acumen and the ability to use CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Confidence in navigating complex contract discussions and aligning customer needs to business outcomes.

  • A structured approach to coaching, team development, and performance management.

  • Familiarity with common enablement tools and sales methodologies (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
