As an Account Executive at Josys, you will drive growth across Canada and North America, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients. Based in Toronto, you’ll own the full sales cycle and work with IT and business leaders to deliver measurable ROI through Josys’ SaaS Management solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships.
Lead customer engagements, from discovery calls to product demos and closing.
Engage with IT and procurement teams to drive SaaS consolidation and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers and Customer Success for seamless handoffs.
Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts.
Forecast accurately and update CRM consistently.
Represent Josys in the Canadian tech ecosystem through networking and industry events.
3+ years SaaS sales experience, ideally selling IT management or enterprise software in Canada.
Proven track record of quota attainment.
Bilingual skills (English + French) preferred.
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with the Canadian SaaS and IT landscape.
Skilled at using AI-driven insights and automation to improve efficiency and accelerate deals.
