About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive, Rumble Ads to join our growing team. In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through the Rumble Advertising Center (RAC)—across display, video, and host-read/sponsored advertising. You’ll work closely with advertisers, content creators, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative campaigns that connect brands with engaged audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities across RAC advertising products (display, video, and host-read/sponsored formats).
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to meet and exceed client goals, including budget oversight and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with advertisers and content creators to develop, launch, and refine host-read ad campaigns.
  • Own and execute tailored strategic plans for each account, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate clients on the RAC system and best practices to maximize value and results.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our product offerings.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
  • Support additional sales and account-related initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales or a related field, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven success working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with a creative and proactive approach to business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships with advertisers, brands, and/or agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and digital advertising trends.
  • Passion for podcasts, digital media, and emerging content platforms.
  • Strong grasp of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture end-to-end relationships with clients and agencies.
