What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters in an assigned book of business
- Align Waste Management products and services with customer needs and propose compliant solutions
- Negotiate, update, and renew customer service agreements to maximize profits
- Resolve challenging customer requests and collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager on escalations
- Utilize sales productivity software tools accurately and prepare necessary reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live and work in Canada
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- Experience: One (1) year of Waste Management experience or five (5) years of business-to-business account management
- Proficient in time management and computer skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
