Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Under the supervision of the CRM Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for sales in different real estate agencies for our CRM solution. Your role: use your natural talent in prospecting and seeking new customers to achieve sales objectives:

  • Stimulate and support the sale of Prospects products by being an ambassador of the company by contacting customers through email and telephone prospecting
  • Identify customer needs to propose the appropriate functionality of the tools
  • Work from a list of existing customers to market products to drive sales
  • Build a trusting relationship with the customer to maximize future opportunities
  • Participate in events, networking activities and selected trade shows
  • Prepare and deliver customer specific presentations
  • Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions
  • Deliver forecast and sales reports on time
  • Be a team player while being competitive
  • Any other related tasks

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience demonstrating excellent sales skills or a similar position
  • Experience selling Real Estate solutions preferred
  • Good command of basic computer software and be aware of new technologies
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Bilingual in English and French highly preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Passionate about sales
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player, positive, highly motivated and challenging
  • Have a high level of autonomy and responsibility in a telecommuting environment

Please note range listed below is the potential annual base salary range in CAD dollars. There is also uncapped commission potential. This is an OTE compensated package
