A financial technology firm in Toronto is hiring an Account Executive Outbound Sales to enhance its sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of full cycle sales experience, particularly in B2B SaaS for finance. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle and engaging with finance leaders. A competitive compensation package is offered with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Purpose of your Role
OFX is seeking a driven results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team. As an Account Executive Outbound Sales you are an experienced hunter & sales closer with a track record of exceeding your targets. Youll work to identify customer needs effectively articulate OFXs value proposition and discuss how OFXs products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management financial operations and spend control. Account Executives who consistently exceed their targets will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting career growth prospects within our dynamic and growing organization.

We offer a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $150000 $180000 CAD which includes a base salary of $80000 $90000 CAD complemented by an uncapped commission structure.Our comprehensive benefits package is available to all full-time employees and part-time employees working a minimum of 24 hours per week ensuring you receive valuable support and perks as part of your compensation.
We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1-2 days from one of our North American offices (San Francisco Edmonton or Toronto).
