iA Financial Group is looking for an Account Executive for its Group Savings and Retirement business in Ontario. Reporting to the National Vice President, Distribution.
This position will allow you to contribute to the achievement of our business development objectives. If you are recognized for your commitment and passion for group retirement savings, have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as an excellent service mentality and strong interpersonal skills, this position may be for you. Your leadership will enable you to evolve our service offering and influence our strategic decisions.
We would be open to candidates based anywhere within Ontario.
Main Responsibilities
Contribute to achieving the business development objectives for the Ontario region by:
Creating and developing strong business relationships with distributors, including consulting actuary firms and group retirement advisors
Effectively positioning our offer in the market to generate new business and support existing business
Developing and leading new business proposals, sales strategies and finalist presentations relating to new business in the Region.
Developing, with our partners, solutions for our prospective clients that meet their needs
Being involved in the evolution our service and product offer in line with the realities of the market
Idea Candidate:
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in group savings and retirement or a related financial field at an insurance carrier, advisory firm or a consulting firm
FCIA, FSA, CFA or CEBS designation (would be an asset)
Experience working with a consulting actuarial firm (asset).
Proven ability to pursue and achieve business sales targets
Extremely customer-oriented with a deep understanding of sales and service issue
Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues strategically
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking with exceptional business acumen
Exceptional presentation skills
