Motion is growing fast (3x YoY), our product is sticky, and we recently raised $30M in Series B funding. We\u2019ve doubled our headcount this year and have just under 60 team members.
We\u2019ve built a new category of software to bridge the gap between performance marketers and creative teams. Our platform combines creative analytics, research, and strategy. Motion is the command center for Creative Strategists.
Our customers include top e-commerce and DTC brands like Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer\u2019s Dog, HexClad, and thousands more. They\u2019ve used Motion to analyze over $6B in media spend.
As an early member of our sales team, you will be expected to set the standard for success at Motion. Our Head of Business Development views our early hires as future company leaders.
We refer to this role internally as an Account Executive, Mid-Market.

Base: $87,500; OTE (US): $175,000, or Base: $87,500; OTE (Canada): $210,000.
