We are seeking an Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) to join our team in Ontario.

The Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) is a key resource focusing on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth. You excel at preparing proposals and recommending alternative plans to deliver the best resolution for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 500 lives.
  • Prepare client-ready reports and documents.
  • Develop proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans.
  • Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure proper and timely quoting.
  • Assist advisors in submitting necessary information for quotations.
  • Ensure proper paperwork, documents, and cheques are submitted on sales.
  • Review and sign off on final reports and support team members.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in the group benefits industry.
  • Knowledge of group insurance principles, assessment techniques, and terminology.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
  • GBA designation under CEBS (asset).
