Account Executive – Marine & OffshoreJob Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to lead and grow our Marine & Offshore vertical, serving clients across commercial diving, offshore services, maritime inspection, and port infrastructure. You will inherit a strong existing pipeline and territory, with high potential for growth. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or marine technology and excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience within offshore or maritime sectors is a significant asset.

Account Executive - Marine & Offshore Responsibilities :

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry research.

Leverage your industry knowledge and network to uncover and nurture leads.

Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing and seamless handoff to customer success.

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized proposals, technical bids, and quotations.

Tailor solutions based on client needs and technical requirements.

Deliver compelling discovery calls and live product demos, clearly articulating the value of our solutions in marine environments.

Willingness to travel ~50% for client meetings, trade shows, and demonstrations.

Maintain accurate records and opportunity pipelines in HubSpot CRM.

Provide regular forecasts and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.

Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer goals with internal capabilities.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and support.

Serve as the voice of the customer—sharing insights, trends, and feature requests with internal teams.

Influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Account Executive - Marine & Offshore Position Requirements

2–5 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial, technical, or marine-related environment

Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close complex deals

Strong communication and consultative selling skills

Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex systems or machinery

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently

Experience selling to clients in marine, defense, offshore energy, or port infrastructure

Familiarity with ROVs, inspection tools, or marine robotics

Experience engaging with technical end users such as engineers, inspectors, or operators

Bi-lingual in English and another relevant language (e.g., Spanish)
