Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans for the assigned market segment(s) within Indonesia's travel industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers at major client organizations and prospects.

Develop sales and marketing strategy with BU Manager and BOD.

Guide the team in developing effective proposals, presentations, and negotiation strategies.

Support AEs in managing complex negotiations and securing key strategic client accounts.

Act as a point of escalation for significant client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Participate in high-level client meetings, presentations, and strategic business reviews when necessary.

Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and alignment on strategic goals.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on team performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and / or account management, typically 5-8+ years.
  • Demonstrable experience within the travel industry (e.g., working for a TMC, corporate travel agency, airline, hotel group, travel tech provider, MICE organizer).
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian business environment and corporate travel market dynamics.
  • Experience managing large, complex corporate accounts.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential. High proficiency in Business English (written and spoken) is required.
