Account Executive in our Sales Department :
- Create territory and account plans to analyze and forecast spend patterns of assigned customers to evaluate the new license revenue needed to hit quota;
- Expand network of contacts within assigned accounts by engaging with senior leaders and executives;
- Generate new license revenue by understanding current business problems, demonstrating how RJR solutions positively impact the clientʼs business, and ensuring the customer understands RJRʼs value proposition;
- Increase spend rate / revenue per account;
- Occasional out-of-town travel with or without notice;
- Adjust sales presentation content based on studying customers’ historical sales or needs;
- Focus sales efforts on existing and potential customers;
- Submit orders referencing price lists and product literature;
- Keep management informed through activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, three-month rolling sales forecasts, and territory analyses;
- Prepare and submit written proposals and quotations using standard rates and pricing parameters, with deviations requiring management approval;
- Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and marketing techniques;
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on results and competitive developments;
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports and recommendations for management;
- Train customer personnel and trade factors on product knowledge and selling skills through sales promotion and educational meetings;
- Maintain records on area and customer sales;
- Possess a good working knowledge of all company products and services;
- Fluent bilingualism in French and English is required;
- Hold a diploma/certificate in post-secondary education or equivalent experience;
- Adapt style to different situations and parties;
- Maintain a mature approach, focusing on areas and clients that yield the greatest return and value;
- Work independently and be highly self-motivated;
- Handle multiple tasks and large accounts with mental agility;

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build positive relationships at all levels;
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
