Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding Freshworks’ presence in the Canada West territory. Your focus will be engaging multiple stakeholders across various customers, delivering tailored ITSM and EX solutions, and helping agencies boost productivity and employee satisfaction through our innovative software. You will excel in complex, consultative sales processes involving high-value deals and medium-to-long sales cycles, aiding Canadian organizations in improving employee workflows and IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Selling: Develop customized ITSM and EX strategies for Western Canadian organizations, demonstrating how our solutions improve productivity and employee engagement.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Work with diverse decision-makers, including IT leaders, department heads, and HR administrators, to address unique challenges within the public sector and deliver impactful results.
  3. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring steady progress through medium-to-long sales cycles tailored to regional needs.
  4. Customized Engagements: Create and present compelling value propositions aligned with client goals, priorities, and budgets.
  5. Collaborative Approach: Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences for prospects and clients across all verticals.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of successful SaaS enterprise sales experience, particularly in ITSM and EX solutions.
  • Experience selling to organizations with 500–1,000 employees is a plus.

Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms and their role in enhancing operational efficiency in the public sector.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM and EX platforms aimed at improving productivity and employee engagement in Western Canada.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in solution selling and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and craft tailored solutions.

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this role is $144,000 — $207,000 CAD, plus variable compensation.

Compensation depends on factors such as location, experience, skills, and level.
