Job Description:

Wipro Canada’s Energy, Manufacturing, & Resources sector provides industry-leading IT services and solutions to global clients. We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive (AE) to manage growing Energy & Resources client accounts based in Toronto or Calgary.

The AE is a specialized sales professional, responsible for maintaining strategic client relationships and understanding the industry’s domain. The role involves building relationships at the executive level and creating opportunities for Wipro, with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and achieving growth targets and P&L metrics.

  • Manage senior relationships within the client organization, focusing on account growth and profitability.
  • Build trust by understanding the client's overall business goals and maintaining lasting relationships.
  • Own the account planning process and collaborate on budget preparation with sales and industry leaders.
  • Achieve contract renewals and pursue new business opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee delivery execution to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Drive innovation through hosting and participating in industry events and forums, showcasing Wipro's value propositions.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in pitching, presenting, and selling IT services to C-level clients in the Energy, Resources, and Utilities domain.
  • Experience managing a profit and loss account of at least $10M+.
  • Proven ability to sell various IT services across multiple domains such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.
  • Consistently exceeding revenue, bookings, and margin targets.
  • Strong experience with global delivery models and partnering with offshore and on-site teams.
