  • Design and implement strategic and tactical sales plans, incorporating business reviews and event strategies to drive growth.
  • Consistently achieve sales objectives for capital equipment and disposables within the Breast Screening and Diagnostic product lines.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in complex, matrixed healthcare environments with a understanding of the Canadian healthcare.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, with expertise in navigating complex customer opportunities and RFPs/tenders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills in capital equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Diagnostic Imaging or a healthcare-related field.
