Job description

Our Client is a Communication Management company that excels by providing innovative and reliable marketing and document management solutions in electronic and print media. They are currently seeking an Account Executive in their Moncton, New Brunswick office, reporting to the Director of Direct Marketing, Sales.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to market and sell the full suite of direct and digital marketing products and services, driving profitable growth.
  2. Build and sustain client relationships, identifying and pursuing cross-channel sales opportunities.
  3. Consistently overachieve monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and revenue goals.
  4. Leverage your knowledge of direct marketing to demonstrate leadership.
  5. Interact positively with all company employees and utilize internal resources, technology, products, and industry focus to meet customer requirements.
  6. Develop a detailed understanding of clients' strategic business objectives.
  7. Perform all necessary selling activities including prospecting, discovery, business case development, and implementation planning.
  8. Participate in relevant product/service training.
  9. Lead or participate in the development of client campaigns with team members.
  10. Conduct discovery meetings using research such as industry knowledge, industry events, publications, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  11. Create and deliver compelling responses to RFPs, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
  12. Prepare competitive pricing strategies to maximize profit margins, working with Operations to understand margins, and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  13. Identify and resolve customer problems/issues promptly.
  14. Provide clients with leadership and knowledge of direct marketing opportunities relevant to their challenges.
  15. Enhance the client relationship value proposition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in direct mail marketing or print marketing.
  • Digital marketing experience is an asset.
