Role Overview: The Account Executive at Multivista is a pivotal sales role responsible for identifying, prospecting, developing, and nurturing key accounts within the Vancouver area. The individual will collaborate closely with our senior sales team and management to research, identify, contact potential customers, conduct customer meetings, and build a substantial book of business. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with on-target earnings ranging from $180K to $230K. This position is hybrid, requiring weekly in-office work, with initial training conducted entirely in-office.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual eager to drive growth and success in a flagship corporate market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to build a high-volume, high-revenue book of business.

Desired Skills:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand Multivista’s services and products and the reasons customers choose us.
  • Confidently explain and sell new technologies (Drone/Immersive/3D scanning).
  • Focus on account growth by identifying, selling, and developing new enterprise-level clients.
  • Generate interest in new products within an extensive pipeline of prospects.
  • Utilize our industry-leading lead database (Dodge/McGraw-Hill) for potential clients.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and join community associations to network and stay current on construction trends.
  • Engage with private and public-sector construction clients at all levels, including owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, and architects.
  • Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Record and track all sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs each fiscal period.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management (B2B).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; relevant industry experience may suffice with secondary education.
  • Experience selling to the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Experience with 3D scanning/Reality Capture and drone use in construction is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and nurture customer relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of BIM is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction, with effective interaction at all levels, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach, emphasizing revenue growth and building solid client foundations.
