The Account Executive role at Multivista is a key sales position responsible for identifying, prospecting, developing, and nurturing key accounts within the Vancouver area. The individual will collaborate closely with senior sales team and management to research, contact potential clients, conduct meetings, and build a robust book of business. Compensation includes base salary plus commission, with an on-target earnings range of $180,000 to $230,000. This is a hybrid role requiring weekly in-office work, with initial training conducted fully in-office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand Multivista’s services and products and the reasons customers choose us.
  • Confidently sell new technologies such as Drone, Immersive, and 3D scanning solutions.
  • Focus on expanding accounts by acquiring and developing enterprise-level clients.
  • Generate interest for new products within an extensive prospect pipeline.
  • Utilize industry-leading lead databases (Dodge, McGraw-Hill) for prospecting.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and join community associations to network and stay current on construction trends.
  • Engage with private and public-sector construction clients, including Owners, Developers, General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Architects.
  • Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs established at the start of each fiscal period.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or account management; B2B experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; relevant industry experience or secondary education acceptable.
  • Experience selling to the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Experience with 3D scanning, Reality Capture, and drones in construction is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and nurture clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, ability to take direction, and work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach, aiming to maximize revenue while supporting key accounts.
