Account Executive - Commercial Lines, Small & Medium Business

About the Role

As an emerging insurance sales professional, you will convert inbound leads into new business, engage with clients, and contribute to our growth. You'll work in a supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business and manage client relationships through inbound inquiries and follow-ups.
  2. Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet targets.
  3. Communicate effectively to develop profitable relationships and negotiate with clients and internal teams.
  4. Identify market trends and industry niches to support business growth.
Qualifications
  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in insurance.
  • Required licenses and ongoing education management.
  • Proven ability to attract and retain commercial clients.
