We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for our BCDR team to serve as a key link between sales, customer success, and technical teams. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) solutions and familiar with the MSP landscape. You will help partners protect their business continuity through tailored backup and disaster recovery strategies, fostering growth and customer success.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own inbound and outbound sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Drive cross-sell efforts by introducing BCDR products to current customers who do not yet leverage them.
  • Forecast and manage pipeline activity, providing updates to leadership.

Customer Success & Partnership Growth :

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding partner needs and proposing tailored BCDR solutions.
  • Provide product demos, technical walkthroughs, and solution discussions.
  • Deliver exceptional service, training, and personalized support to partners.

Training & Enablement :

  • Organize and deliver webinars, enablement sessions, and partner training.
  • Promote best practices for deployment and maximize solution value.

Qualifications :

  • B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Experience selling to or working within MSPs.
  • Deep understanding of BCDR solutions and their impact.
  • Strong IT environment knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic, proactive, and relationship-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Compensation :

OTE range of approximately $200,000 to $270,000 CAD annually, including base salary and commissions, based on performance.
