Kaseya is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Executive specific to our BCDR team t o serve as a critical bridge between our sales customer success and technical teams. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) solutions and have a strong understanding of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) landscape. As a trusted advisor youll help our partners protect their business continuity through tailored backup and disaster recovery strategies while driving growth and customer success.

What Youll Do :

Sales Enablement & Strategy

  • Own both inbound and outbound sales motions identifying new business opportunities and deepening relationships with existing partners.
  • Drive cross-sell efforts by introducing BCDR products to current customers who do not yet leverage them (white space accounts).
  • Proactively forecast and manage pipeline activity delivering accurate updates to leadership.

Customer Success & Partnership Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by deeply understanding their business needs and proposing tailored BCDR solutions from Kaseyas product portfolio.
  • Provide expert-level product demonstrations technical walkthroughs and solution-based conversations.
  • Roll out the red carpet experience for partners by offering exceptional service training and personalized attention.
  • Training & Enablement

  • Plan host and deliver webinars enablement sessions and partner training to drive education and product adoption.
  • Promote best practices for successful deployment and maximize value from our BCDR solutions.
  • Qualifications :

  • B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS environments is preferred
  • Demonstrated success selling to or working within Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Deep understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions and their impact
  • Strong knowledge of IT environments.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and the ability to manage long-term relationships
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced result-driven environment
  • Proficient with CRM tools preferably Salesforce
  • Compensation :

    This role offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of approximately $200000 to $270000 CAD annually based on experience and performance. Compensation includes a base salary and a variable commission component tied to sales targets. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance.
