Candidate Requirements
  • At least two years of outside sales or business development experience with a proven track record.
  • Industry or B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Home office setup and a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage an assigned territory and sell payment solutions to new customers.
  2. Acquire new business relationships and expand existing ones to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Visit prospects to identify needs and present suitable solutions.
  4. Identify prospects through referrals, community contacts, and participation in seminars.
  5. Track sales progress and strive to meet or surpass objectives.
  6. Build and nurture relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs).
  7. Negotiate fee structures within company policies.
  8. Inform customers about service setup and expectations.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
