Now, we're seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Specialist to help expand our reach and deliver exceptional service to our clients across British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships and dealer groups in your territory
  • Travel extensively within Southwestern Ontario to meet clients in person
  • Drive new business and secure long-term, repeat clients
  • Meet and exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
  • Leverage HubSpot to track sales activities and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with our Performance Management team to ensure exceptional customer care

Mandatory Requirements:

  • OMVIC License – Only licensed candidates will be considered
  • 3+ years of Automotive or B2B sales experience – Applications without this experience will not be reviewed
  • Extensive Travel – This is an on-the-road position, with frequent travel throughout British Columbia

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-driven, relationship-focused Account Executive with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, or willingness to learn
