Employment Type: Full-Time | Experience Level: Entry-Level
Compensation: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage a Portfolio: Build your own book of business through B2B cold calling and relationship development.
  • Identify Opportunities: Secure new clients, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth with tailored freight solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Understand customer challenges and deliver strategic, cost-effective shipping solutions.
  • Drive Growth: Expand your client base and build long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and service.
  • Business Prospecting: Continuously identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Rate Negotiation: Work with carriers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Education & Experience: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in sales, logistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM tools.
