Overview:
Are you a consultative sales professional with a passion for retail, CPG, and supply chain industries? Our client partners with global enterprises to engineer digital transformation through cloud, data, and commerce solutions. They are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling professional services and technology solutions to senior leaders in retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and supply chain industries. If you thrive in a strategic sales environment, understand the complexities of digital commerce, cloud, and enterprise application development, and have a track record of exceeding quotas, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

  • Drive New Business & Close Deals – Identify and secure opportunities with enterprise clients in retail, CPG, and supply chain industries.

  • Engage Senior Decision-Makers – Sell to C-level executives and VP-level leaders in technology, marketing, data, supply chain, and digital roles.

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring long-term client success.

  • Lead Consultative Selling – Build tailored solutions around COEs, PODs, omni-channel commerce, MACH architecture, microservices, cloud (AWS, Google, Azure), POS, BOPIS, BORIS, and enterprise data & application development.

  • Meet & Exceed Quotas – Drive and manage a $2.5M+ professional services revenue target through new business development and account growth.

  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Use your knowledge of retail, CPG, and supply chain digital transformation to position our client as a trusted advisor.

  • Leverage Your Network & Thought Leadership – Build credibility through a strong LinkedIn presence, social selling, and industry event participation.

  • Collaborate Internally – Work closely with our engineering, consulting, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs.

What you must have:

  • 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience selling technology solutions or professional services.

  • Proven track record of exceeding a $2.5M+ quota in professional services, consulting, or SaaS.

  • Deep industry knowledge in retail, CPG, and supply chain digital transformation.

  • Fluency in technology concepts like MACH architecture, microservices, omni-channel commerce, cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), POS systems, and supply chain platforms.

  • Experience with sales methodologies such as The Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC.

  • A strong LinkedIn presence – you engage in thought leadership and use social selling effectively.

  • Ability to travel (20%) for client meetings, industry events, and strategic deal-making.

Salary/Rate Range: $120,000 – $150,000
