Account Executive - $250k to $350k+ OTE with a Summit Level Salesforce Partner

Location: San Francisco based (remote)

I am currently recruiting an Account Executive for one of the world's leading Salesforce implementation partners, dedicated to transforming organizational workflows through technology.

We seek an exceptional sales professional with a proven track record selling complex digital Salesforce transformation solutions. The ideal candidate can build relationships at the highest organizational levels, focusing on expanding the company's Salesforce business.

What will you be doing?
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the Salesforce ecosystem to develop the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the company's Alliances team and Salesforce channel to organize networking and client events.
  • Identify potential accounts ('suspect' accounts) and work with Inside Sales and marketing for lead development.
  • Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling ('warm' lead development).
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for contact management, opportunity tracking, account planning, sales forecasting, and reporting.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, demonstrating strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
What skills do you need?
  • At least 5 years of successful experience selling Salesforce solutions/products.
  • Strong network of Salesforce Core AEs and SEs.
  • Excellent executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Consistent success in meeting and exceeding quotas over the past five years.
  • Ability to translate customer goals into effective sales strategies to support revenue growth.

The role offers an uncapped OTE ranging from $250k to $350k, plus a package.
