What your typical day will look like :
Client Management :
- Build trust and nurture relationships with the clients
- Be seen as a genuine partner eager to solve marketing challenges, flexible, kind, proactive, and possessing a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate the ability to identify what makes an inspiring creative brief and be able to help assist clients in developing agency briefs
- Follow-through and follow-up with clients are a must
Project Management :
- Assist and manage projects of varying sizes, from campaign ideation to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the studio, creative, media, and social teams
- Coordinate internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality work
- Oversee the activation and execution of campaigns, including broadcast, digital, social, out-of-home, and print
- Develop estimates and manage project budgets to ensure proper forecasting and tracking
- Complete trafficking documents for digital and video assets
- Lead competitive pulls and reviews
- Open dockets for all initiatives
Strategic Planning :
- Assist senior leads in developing brand strategies that align with objectives and goals
- Identify market trends and competitive insights or opportunities for the brand
- Performance Tracking : Collaborate with our performance teams to monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Communication :
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Present internally and to clients confidently
- Clearly identify and summarize the next steps for all projects
- Lead team status meetings and write and send contact reports
What you bring :
- 2-3 years of experience with marketing agency, property, or brand.
- Bachelor's degree and / or diploma, preferably with a focus on marketing & communications
- Experience with project management and / or certification is not required, but considered an asset for this role
- Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
- Strong time and budget management skills.
- High level proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to master new computer software.
