Job description

Datarails is the financial planning and analysis platform that automates data consolidation, reporting, and planning, while enabling finance teams to continue using their own Excel spreadsheets and financial models.

Datarails integrates with the most popular accounting software, ERPs, and CRMs so all your data can be consolidated. Reduce risk, make informed decisions, and ensure stakeholders have the most reliable data at their fingertips. Transform your Excel into a lean, mean, FP&A machine!

We are a leading FinTech company headquartered in NYC and Tel Aviv with over $100 million in funding. We have been awarded the #1 most promising global startup by Globes and 65+ leading VCs, as well as recognized as one of the best-paying mid-sized companies to work for in NYC by Built-In.

We are looking to hire a strategic, collaborative, and hungry Account Executive from anywhere in the US to partner with prospects during their buyer journey, clearly define their challenges, and solution-sell.

If you're ready to exceed your sales targets and advance your career in a scaling SaaS startup, apply today! We offer generous benefits including flexible / unlimited PTO, fully paid healthcare, equity, and a target total compensation range of $250-350k (base salary $90-100k). No sponsorship or relocation benefits are available at this time.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle in a fast-paced startup environment, from developing relationships with potential customers to identifying their needs and driving adoption of our complex solution. Own your forecasting targets and deliver on quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with our SDR team to generate revenue opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Liaise with finance professionals to understand their needs, identify how our solution can add value, and create tailored proposals and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally to finance professionals (CFO, VP Finance, Controllers, etc.), or 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Proven ability to over-achieve sales quotas.
  • Tenacity, professionalism, and excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of accounts and opportunities, documenting sales activity in Salesforce and other tools.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to understand, quantify, and synthesize technical and commercial needs of prospects and guide them to the right solution.
  • Strategic, independent self-starters who take ownership of their role and are proficient in outbound sales and selling within a structured framework.

What we offer :

  • Base salary range of $90-100k USD, with uncapped commissions and accelerators. Total compensation typically around $250k USD, depending on experience and location.
  • Meaningful equity.
  • US : 401(k) with up to 4% match.
  • Canada : 4% RRSP contributions.
  • US : Top-tier healthcare (medical, vision, dental), fully paid for employees and dependents.
  • Canada : Extended healthcare coverage.
  • Paternity leave.
  • Flexible PTO and 12 paid holidays.
  • Life insurance.
  • And more!
