About the Role:
Karbon Digital is transforming how enterprises automate knowledge work through our next-gen AI Platform. As an Account Executive, you’ll lead the charge in driving revenue growth by identifying high-potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our AI solutions to solve them.
You’ll be at the forefront of the AI revolution—helping companies adopt intelligent automation for document processing, decision-making, and insight extraction using our cloud-native, LLM-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and handoff
  • Identify and engage target clients across finance, insurance, legal, logistics, healthcare, Retail etc
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and partner referrals
  • Client Engagement
  • Understand customer needs and map them to product features and solutions
  • Conduct product demos, solution walk-throughs, and ROI discussions with mid- to senior-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with solution engineers and AI product teams to tailor proposals and use cases
    Deal Structuring & Revenue
    Manage sales forecasting, doing demos and deal tracking, and reporting using tools like HubSpot, Jira,
  • Navigate complex B2B buying processes and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
    Industry & Product Knowledge
    Stay current on trends in AI, LLMs, NLP, and enterprise automation
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to shape roadmap and feature priorities
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for ethical, scalable AI in enterprise settings



Requirements

Requirements:
Must-Have:
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, or data platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a mid-market or enterprise sales environment
  • Experience selling to technical and business stakeholders (CTOs, COOs, Data Leaders, Innovation Heads)
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, proposal writing, and solution-selling frameworks
Nice-to-Have:
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially GenAI, NLP, or LLM applications
  • Experience selling into various industries like finance, insurance, legal, logistics, healthcare, retail etc
  • Exposure to partner/channel sales or co-selling with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
