Please only apply if you are physically located in North American Time Zones and you have

experience as an AE or SDR selling in a sales environment characterized as follows;

  • Selling to Owner / operators with 1-50 employees (i.e., Only Mid-Market or Enterprise experience will not be considered)
  • Short Sales Cycle - 1 day to 2 weeks. Closing prospects during their first demo is your strength!
  • Monthly customer revenue ranges from $64 - $400 per month.
  • Selling SAAS subscriptions based on monthly or annual recurring contracts (most are monthly)
  • Accustomed to high calling volume of 40+ calls per day.

About the role : Account Executive (“AE”)

We are hiring multiple full-time Account Executives to join our sales team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead the full sales cycle and close deals with SMBs and affiliate partners in the home and commercial services industry.

You will drive monthly revenue growth through zoom demos, email marketing (using Hubspot CRM), live chat, and screen-sharing presentations.

The company headquarters is in Montreal, Canada. Preference will be given to candidates in North American Time Zones.

About You

You have experience selling SaaS solutions in a very short sales cycle environment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup. You excel in full cycle inside sales (sales, support, success). If you are ambitious and want to join a revenue-positive startup disrupting the service industry and becoming an industry expert, MioCommerce is for you. ( Note : this role is not for selling high-ticket deals to Mid-Market or Enterprise organizations )

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow up and manage qualified leads to convert prospects, signups, and free users into paying customers
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas
  • Lead demos and tutorials via screen sharing
  • Work with the growth team to coordinate and lead prospects through the sales process
  • Track and communicate with prospects in Hubspot
  • Develop prospect lists via online and third-party channels

Team Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining and executing CRM and onboarding strategies
  • Develop and improve sales scripts and protocols
  • Achieve customer acquisition targets

Experience Required

  • Must be currently located in North American Time Zones
  • At least 2+ years of consecutive sales experience with the same employer, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce (Candidates with less than 2 years recent experience with the same company should not apply)
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of videoconferencing, screen sharing, and CRM tools like Hubspot
  • Passionate about technology, people, and entrepreneurship
  • Capable of managing strategic and operational tasks in a startup environment
  • Business savvy and unafraid to take on challenges
  • Empathetic listener

Pluses

  • Experience with Hubspot, Intercom
  • Graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with anti-spam laws
