What the day will look like

As an integral part of the Mid-Market vertical, our new colleague will :

  • Manage and grow a client portfolio of commercial risk clients across various industries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
  • Educate clients and colleagues on insurance matters
  • Coordinate Aon resources to support timely service delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, insurers, and Aon branches, handling questions and correspondence
  • Identify client and prospect needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Ensure all procedures and documents comply with Aon audit standards
  • Review and revise insurance programs with clients to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Coordinate and oversee account strategies, renewal processes, and negotiations with underwriters
  • Manage the 150-day renewal process, including preparing reports, presenting to clients, and reviewing policies
  • Develop and nurture client relationships for retention and growth
  • Handle application processes, quotations, premiums, binding, and documentation
  • Assist with correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with underwriters and brokers
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation standards
