How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The main purpose of this position is to achieve ALC’s sales vision while promoting safety, quality, awareness, and compliance with company policies. The role involves developing market strategies, managing territory to maximize profitability, writing proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and supporting team objectives.

  • Prospect the territory and analyze markets: Develops market strategies, locates and calls on prospective customers, initiates and maintains business relationships, and develops local markets for new applications.
  • Manage and plan territory: Develops business plans and sales strategies, organizes activities for profitable growth, uses CRM tools, maintains accurate customer profiles, and manages accounts and competition.
  • Develop proposals: Establishes and negotiates commercial proposals and contracts, responding to customer needs with clear and professional proposals.
  • Selling and negotiating: Understands customer decision-making, probes needs, builds relationships, and closes sales with creative solutions and risk-taking.
  • Ensure customer loyalty: Develops strategies to secure loyalty, builds trust, solves problems, and anticipates future needs.
  • Participate in teamwork: Understands team roles, communicates effectively, and collaborates across departments.
  • Acquire and upgrade knowledge: Maintains professional image through ongoing learning about ALC’s products, industry, and processes.
