We're looking for our first Account Executive to join our global dynamic sales team, bringing high energy, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the recruitment services landscape.

At Carv, we're at the forefront of developing cutting-edge SaaS solutions tailored for the recruitment services industry. Our platform empowers recruitment agencies and in-house teams to optimize their operations, go to zero admin, and deliver unparalleled value to their clients.

The team

Carv.com was founded by an experienced team that has previously built and exited a disruptive recruitment technology company. After the founders saw firsthand how AI could change the dynamics within an organization, the initial idea for Carv was born.

You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise who are passionate about building a product soon to be used by millions of users. The culture is one of innovation, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering value to future customers and driving growth for the business.

What will you be doing?

  1. Strategic sales execution: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, employing a consultative sales approach to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Carv can address their challenges.
  2. Market penetration: Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment services industry, leveraging your industry knowledge to tailor pitches and proposals.
  3. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the recruitment services sector, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Collaboration with product and IT team: Work closely with our product development and IT security teams to provide feedback from the market, helping to shape future product enhancements and security features that meet the evolving needs of the recruitment industry.
  5. Achieve targets: Meet and exceed your sales targets through effective planning, pipeline management, and execution of sales strategies.
  6. Market insights: Stay abreast of trends in the SaaS and recruitment services industries to position our company as a leading solutions provider.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales;
  2. Preferably in SaaS (recruitment) or recruitment service providers;
  3. Deep understanding of the recruitment industry's challenges, trends, and operational needs;
  4. Knowledge of recruitment/HR tech and IT/security principles as they relate to SaaS products and the ability to communicate these effectively to clients;
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization;
  6. Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
