What the day will look like

As an integral part of the Mid-Market vertical, our new colleague will:

• Manage and grow a client portfolio of commercial risk clients, across a broad range of industries
• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries
• Educate clients and colleagues on insurance matters
• Coordinate Aon resources to support timely service deliverables to the clients
• Act as a liaison between client, insurers, and Aon branches (if necessary), handling questions and general inquiries and preparing correspondence
• Identifying specific client and prospect needs and developing innovative solutions
• Ensure all procedures, internal client documents and correspondence are in compliance with Aon audit standards
• Reviewing and revising insurance program in conjunction with the client to ensure complete and appropriate coverage
• Coordinating/providing oversight to the account team and establish client service plans that prioritize the account activities and profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of services required
• Coordinating/leading the strategy for the account renewal and the ongoing requirements during the year, including the marketing processes and negotiations with underwriters
• Managing and being responsible for the 150-day Renewal Process including preparing the renewal report, presenting to client for approval, obtaining the binding order and reviewing policy documentation and delivering to client in a timely manner
• Developing and nurturing client relationships to achieve high client retention and cultivate opportunities to grow client the client relationships
• Managing all information needed to take an application, prepare quotations, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documents for billing
• Assisting with correspondence, client insurance summaries, promotional material, reports and presentations
• Collaborating with brokers and/or contacting underwriters directly to negotiate the best terms and conditions, premiums and coverage
• Ensuring and compliance with all Aon information/documentation storage standards
