Job description

Position: Senior Director Talent Acquisition at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc.

Company: Datacomp is a subsidiary of Equity Lifestyle Properties. Founded in 1987, Datacomp is a national leader in the manufactured housing industry based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the most trusted source for market data on the manufactured housing asset class.

Position: The Account Executive is responsible for generating sales revenue from new and existing customers through phone, online chat, and email communications. This includes maintaining current customer relationships, recommending new products and services, and identifying new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactive contact with manufactured housing professionals including community owners / managers, retailers, lenders, and suppliers.
  • Representation of Datacomp products and services, focusing on market data.
  • Acquiring new accounts by identifying prospects, responding to marketing leads, researching opportunities, scheduling appointments, and making sales presentations.
  • Closing sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, and developing proposals.
  • Managing existing accounts with high customer service standards.
  • Serving as liaison with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure support.
  • Attending industry events to maintain relationships and find new opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of account service or B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with B2B sales preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to pursue opportunities independently.
  • Strong proficiency with Google G Suite, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, CRM, and order processing software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills in person, phone, video, and written formats.
  • Willingness to travel 6-10 times annually for 3-5 days each.
