We are looking for an Account Executive to join BrokerLink in one of our Central Ontario offices on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling commercial insurance policies
  • Developing and maintaining a prospect list
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, including site visits
  • Staying informed about market trends, products, and pricing
  • Preparing proposals and coordinating with insurance carriers
  • Gathering and documenting information to ensure proper coverage and service
  • Maintaining quality standards and adhering to underwriting rules
  • Arranging payment terms and collecting payments
  • Supporting customers during the claims process
  • Traveling as required

Qualifications include:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support and coach staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
