BNQ Management is a leading sales management agency specializing in natural and organic consumer goods across Canada. We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Account Director to oversee retail partnerships and brand performance across Western Canada.

What You’ll Do :
  1. Manage and grow key retail relationships across Western Canada, including meetings, paperwork, planning, and presentations for our partner brands.
  2. Collaborate with brands on forecasting, budgeting, and operational strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Utilize data (Salesforce CRM, Tableau) to uncover opportunities and make strategic decisions.
  4. Develop and execute promotional planning and support brand launches across your retailer portfolio.
  5. Offer day-to-day assistance to BNQ clients.
  6. Deliver detailed and insightful performance reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring :
  • Strong experience in natural and organic food, preferably with CPG exposure and knowledge of Western Canadian grocers.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized — you thrive working independently in a results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in sales analysis and retail data platforms.
  • Relationship builder — comfortable working with buyers, brand founders, and distributor partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Tableau is a major asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel periodically within the region.
