Account Director, Oil & Gas (Calgary - Remote)
Responsibilities
- Articulate Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence solutions value proposition, highlighting competitive advantages, resources, and processes to clients and prospects.
- Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI and cost/benefit analysis.
- Create customer account strategies and tactical go-to-market plans, maintaining effective communication and follow-up activities.
- Prospect within the assigned territory to build a qualified pipeline.
- Generate software license revenue to meet or exceed quotas.
- Coordinate with internal teams (consulting, sales support, marketing) to maximize revenue.
- Experience selling into the Oil & Gas vertical.
- Maintain a 4x pipeline and achieve quarterly quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven success in achieving a $1M+ quota in enterprise SaaS software sales.
- Experience with Oil & Gas accounts.
- At least 5 years in software sales, preferably with ERP, EAM, WFM, MRO, analytics, or data warehousing.
- Ability to manage executive-level relationships.
- Capable of handling multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills within sales teams.
- Willing to travel 25-50%.
