This role is suited for an accomplished professional with a strong background in complex B2B account management and relationship development within technology, education, or service-based industries.

You will be responsible for driving long-term revenue growth, expanding institutional relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of ApplyBoard’s Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) model. As the primary point of contact for some of ApplyBoard’s most strategic partners, you will deliver measurable impact through proactive engagement, insight-driven planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Account Management

Own and manage a portfolio of strategic institutional accounts with complex needs and significant growth potential.

Build and execute multi-year account strategies focused on expansion, retention, and adoption of ApplyBoard solutions.

Serve as a consultative advisor to partner institutions, aligning their enrollment goals with ApplyBoard’s platform capabilities.

Revenue Growth & Performance

Drive upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities across the partner lifecycle.

Monitor partner performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide proactive solutions to maximize value.

Deliver against revenue, satisfaction, and account health KPIs, with accountability for individual and portfolio-level targets.

Client Relationship Development

Develop deep, executive-level relationships across institutional stakeholders.

Lead regular business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and performance updates to strengthen partnerships.

Represent the institutional voice internally and advocate for partner needs with cross-functional teams.

Internal Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to support partner success and drive scalable outcomes.

Collaborate with Destination Teams to align institutional supply with global student demand.

Contribute feedback to inform product development, pricing models, and market strategy.

What You Bring to the Table

7+ years in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales—preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or platform-based businesses.

Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales / engagement cycles.

Experience driving client growth and retention through strategic planning and execution.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with comfort in performance reporting and forecasting.

Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems; familiarity with tools for business analysis and reporting.

Experience in international education, two-sided marketplaces, or recruitment services is an asset.

Why ApplyBoard

A high-impact role in a purpose-driven company expanding access to education worldwide.

The opportunity to work with leading global institutions and make a measurable difference in their success.

Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and flexible working arrangements.

A fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment with strong career development potential.
