WHAT’S THE JOB?

As a Account Director , you will oversee the effective operation of the project / contract, ensuring safety, safeguarding company interests and property, and representing the company to the customer.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Managing the daily relationship with the client
  • Planning and coordinating all on-site activities
  • Providing leadership and direction to staff as per contract documents
  • Participating in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations in line with HR policies
  • Being accountable for the contract Performance Assessment Process
  • Collaborating to meet KPI’s and maintain facility performance levels exceeding expectations
  • Ensuring staff are well-trained, competent, and operating safely at all times

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Experience managing multiple-site client relationships
  • Background in the aviation industry
  • Knowledge of multi-function project management demonstrated through work history
  • PMP certification is an asset; success in large project management, budgeting, and business accounting is required
  • Experience in emergency response or military environments is preferred, with ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of provincial health and safety codes and standards
  • A clear criminal record check is required
