As a Account Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall effective operation of the project/contract to include the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company interests and property, and generally represents the company with respect to the customer.

Your work will include:

1. Helps to manage the day-to-day relationship with the client.
2. Contributes to managing, planning, and coordinating all on-site work activities.
3. Provides leadership and direction to staff as defined by contract documents.
4. Participates in recruitment, orientation, scheduling, training, and performance of all staff in accordance with corporate policies and according to HR policies and procedures.
5. Accountable for the contract Performance Assessment Process.
6. Works collaboratively to make certain KPI’s are met and facilities are maintained at performance levels that not only meet but exceed expectations.
7. Maintains a high level of training/competency for all staff, ensures contractors operate at highest standards and safely always.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites.
2. Background in the aviation industry.
3. Be familiar with all facets of multi-function project management as demonstrated through work history.
4. PMP certification is an asset, must be able to demonstrate success in large project management, cost estimating, budget planning, and business accounting.
5. Experience in an emergency response or military environment is preferred with a demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of codes and standards of provincial government health and safety.
7. A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
