We’re hiring an Account Director to oversee complex, multi-site security operations for one of our clients in the Technology Sector, located in Downtown, Toronto. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the highest safety standards, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will be the primary liaison between our operations team and senior client leadership — leading strategic meetings, presenting key performance updates, and ensuring security programs align with client objectives. This position requires a unique blend of executive presence, operational expertise, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage security operations programs across multiple high-profile corporate locations

Act as the senior point of contact for the client — liaising with executives, hosting regular meetings, and presenting operational updates

Direct executive protection operations for leadership teams and large-scale events (including conferences exceeding 100,000 attendees)

Oversee facility access control, including badging programs, audits, and policy enforcement

Monitor and respond to security system alerts, threats, and incidents

Conduct regular audits of all security, safety, and medical readiness systems (door/panic alarms, AEDs, medical kits, cameras)

Support crisis coordination, including evacuations, lockdowns, and recovery operations

Manage patrol operations, incident response, and de-escalation procedures

Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or high-profile events

Oversee case management, investigations, and policy documentation

Compile and present security metrics in Quarterly Business Reviews

Qualifications & Experience

Valid provincial Security Guard Licence and WSIB-approved First Aid/CPR certification (required)

Must have 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site security operations, corporate security, or account management

Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or executive/close protection (preferred)

Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, lead high-level meetings, and present findings in a clear, professional manner

Track record of managing large teams and delivering complex security programs on time and within budget

Skilled in incident command systems (ICS), active threat response, and behavioral threat recognition

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional report writing

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and security monitoring/case management platforms

Ability to work with discretion and professionalism in high-profile, high-pressure environments
