Clinical Coordinator – Vancouver

Position Type: Permanent – Full-time (5 days a week), Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays required)

We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator in our Vancouver / Broadway BC clinic. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patient experience by:

  • Overseeing clinic operations, including inventory management and processing sleep test equipment
  • Providing support with insurance paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Supporting office administration, coordination, and customer service
  • Demonstrating reliability, organization, and attention to detail
  • Building strong relationships with patients and team members
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $20.00 per hour + bonuses (up to $4.00 per hour monthly, totaling up to $26.00 per hour)
